Meet Our Leadership
Kelsey C. Peterson, Jr., M.D.
As a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Peterson provides examination and treatment for both acute and chronic painful conditions. He served in his Huntington Beach surgical practice from 1975 to 2003, with areas of focus including joint replacements, sports medicine, fractures, and general orthopedics. His professional focus since 2003 has been in the area noninvasive pain relief for conditions ranging from the simple to the very complex.
“It is a pleasure working with patients committed to avoiding surgery whenever they can… and our team is great at helping make that possible. I am especially gratified with the results and patient satisfaction generated from our combined noninvasive approach. Our unique ability to provide noninvasive, nonpharmaceutical treatment with our Neuromodulation technologies is of special interest and excitement for our patients, our team and me. Centralized pain conditions like Neuropathies, Fibromyalgia, and others have posed a nightmare challenge for both patients and healthcare providers. We are seeing results previously not possible with traditional treatment methods. My wife and I keep busy with our combined family of 5 children and 8 grandchildren. We enjoy golf, Bridge, family, friends, fellowship, and motorcycle adventures.”

Such a great group of people with whom I work… Makes it very easy to do what I do. In my free time, I love to teach and perform Pilates, play tennis, hike, travel, and enjoy cultural and sporting events.”
James P. Hall, D.C.
Dr. Hall works with our medical and physical therapy specialists to provide patient consultations, examinations, and x-rays as needed to effectively differentiate painful conditions, their cause, and possible treatments. He graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors and his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1985. His engineering background along with Dr. Hall’s subsequent experience since earning his doctorate degree in Chiropractic from LACC in 1992 have equipped him with a structural, functional, and technical focus that work to build patient independence from the need for ongoing treatment. Patients appreciate and benefit from Dr. Hall’s conservative chiropractic approach and interdisciplinary union with our medical team.
“After 2-1/2 decades of serving the best-loved patients in Southern California, I am gratified to see the excellent results we achieve through interdisciplinary care without surgery. I love playing this role in the transition our patients experience as they blossom from suffering pain and functional impairment to enjoying pain relief, increased activity, and growing independence from healthcare providers like us. My joy in life outside the clinic comes from Jesus, my wife, and my two sons.”
